What else do I need to get Cash Manager running?
- Windows Installer 3.1 or later
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or later + login details
- Valid Cash Manager license file
- Rights to install software
- Email Server Settings (hostname, port, authentication details)
- Note – The mail server must be able to accept and deliver emails from the machine where Cash Management is installed

Can I automate the sending of reminder emails with different messages to my customers depending on the age of the overdue invoices?
- Easy! You can define 4 different messages to send to your customers depending on the age of the invoices oustanding. If a customer has outstanding invoices in more than overdue age, it will take the message for the oldest age. The ages are:
- 7 – 13 Days overdue
- 14 – 29 Days overdue
- 30 – 59 Days overdue
- 60+ Days overdue
The categories work independant to the customer terms, so a customer on 7 day terms or 30 day terms will get the same message if their invoice is 7 – 13 days overdue for example.
Can I record individual notes against a customer invoice?
Simply right-click an invoice and enter a note as well as a revised due date for payment.
How many users can use Cash Manager?
As many as you like.
Can you limit what information users see through Cash Manager?
You can set permission to block users from the following areas:
- Debtor Invoice Manager
- Creditor Invoice Manager
- Budgets
- Cashflow Forecasting
- Admin Menu
- Exporting Data
What type of cash flow forecasts can Cash Manager create?
Cash Manager can produce cashflow forecasts from Budget up to 3 years into the future (depending on your financial years in your system), as well as a 30 Day cashflow forecast. The 30 day cashflow projection uses current debtor and creditor’s information, along with Wages, GST & PAYG information, open sales orders and purchase orders, to forecast your cash on Hand each day for the next 30 days.
Can I produce a 'What If' cash flow forecast easily with Cash Manager?
Cashflow forecasts are created from your Budgets. You can have as many Budget revisions as you want, and then choose what budget revision to generate your cashflow forecast from.
